Home Renovations are very disruptive! It can be a stressful time for even the most prepared family. That is why we have developed a blueprint that reveals the process and hard facts about what an actual renovation involves. Our step-by-step process will guide you through each and every detail, help you with creating the home of your dreams and maximize your return on investment.
Start by downloading our Inside Renovations e-book. There are tips, ideas and industry secrets that will prepare you and your family for the renovation AND help you save time and money.
Kitchen and Bathroom renovations are complex involving each of the major mechanical systems found in your home: plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Consider working with an experienced professional especially when structural changes are possible.
You might ask yourself "why would I pay for a design?" It really comes down to VALUE. When you work with a designer (who specializes in kitchen & bath) you receive a level of expertise, knowledge, and experience that will ensure your project is done to the highest level of quality and safety. We don't cut corners, EVER. Our design fees ensure you receive full scaleable detailed drawings that become the blueprint for your project.
We work closely with you and your family to ensure that your renovation is the perfect fit in every way possible.
Our teams are fully licensed and insured!
We meet at your home, get to know about what you are looking for, talk about your needs, goals, and budget. After taking detailed measurements we begin working on creating the perfect solution for your space using our powerful design software. We will send you drawings to review, provide feedback and input, make revisions as needed until the space meets your vision.
We offer a $300 design credit towards cabinetry purchases to be applied at time of order.
If your home is not located in the greater Ottawa area we can create design solutions for your space too. We will guide you through the entire process from measuring your space as accurately to creating solutions that suit your needs and space. All communication is by either phone, email or video conference. Detailed drawings are provided that you can then take to any local cabinet manufacturer.
After completing the design process we outline every aspect of what we anticipate will be needed in your project and create a full list. THis will include items for demolition, subfloor replacement, exterior insulation, finishing materials, quantities of materials and more. This SOW can be used for trade quotes, material orders and managing the whole project
